"The hotel was perfect as it hosted the conference I was attending. It was only two stops on the metro from a huge shopping mall with lots of food choices and only 40mins from the Bund for sightseeing."

"I am visiting China from the US and I picked this brand due to familiarity and the specific hotel for location/price. I could not have been more pleased. The breakfast buffet had plenty of Chinese food, but also a sprinkling of dishes familiar to an American. The staff at the breakfast, the front desk, and housekeeping were all helpful and polite. I have never stayed in a hotel that I was compelled to tell the housekeeper bye before I left, but she was so nice and friendly that I could not leave without telling her goodbye. I recommend this hotel to anyone."

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered every amenity I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed views from my window.
The hotel's location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, with fresh, delicious options and attentive service. Their weekend buffet dinner served a good spread of xiao long xia, assorted seafood, meats, desserts and the list goes on.
What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the warm, genuine hospitality. I felt like valued guests every step of the way. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting the area."
"We came from America and We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and i have to say this is by far the best hotel and hospitality i have experienced in a very long time. Very nice and helpful staffs, very clean and spacious rooms, great brekfast buffet and overall amazing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back and staying at this hotel without doubt.
