"Well located to Battersea power station. Very short walk. A bit longer for the Tube station. We actually did use the pool and steam room which was nice after a long day in London. Very small pool though. The room was comfortable and spacious albeit the decor was a bit tired looking. Staff were pleasant."

"Location, location, location. Easy walk to all transportation hubs including the hop on, hop off bus. Staff was excellent and views from our room were amazing. Highly recommended for a stay in London. My only complaint was the construction noise on the morning we decided to sleep in. However, the hotel compensated our late check out fee."

"We booked a room for 6 nights and arrived extremely early in the morning. We asked for an early check in and was told that there weren’t any rooms available. After a few minutes of checking the computers we were offered an upgraded room and early check in for a minimal charge. We accepted and were in our room a few minutes later. The employee was extremely helpful. The room was clean and everything were in order. The complimentary mini bar was a nice perk. We had a beautiful view of the London Eye and Elizabeth Tower from our room. An overall amazing hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"Charming Elegant and classy hotel. Had a wonderful time staying here. Clean and spacious rooms, with beautiful floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking Thames river. Convenient location to catch the tube to ride downtown. Loved our stay! A Coffee machine in the room would have been of great convenience."

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience involving The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa and Expedia. We accidentally booked the wrong date and, when we arrived at the hotel, spent over two hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue with both hotel staff and Expedia. We were reassured several times that everything would be sorted, notes would be added to the system, and that the funds for the original booking would later be released once we paid for a second stay on the correct date. Despite following the instructions given to us in good faith and paying again to stay that night, we have since been refused any refund, compensation, or goodwill gesture. The situation caused significant stress at the start of our trip and the communication between the hotel and Expedia felt disorganised and inconsistent throughout. While the hotel itself is pleasant, our customer service experience was very poor. We feel let down by the lack of accountability and unwillingness to honour what was discussed at reception. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not feel confident booking through Expedia again. "
