Great location and hotel

Had a great stay at the hotel with my family. The only improvements I can recommend is to have coffee machines in the rooms and beds that is more proportional to the size of the room.

The bed was comfy, the rooms were beautiful! The only thing was there was no AC but we were able to get a fan from reception which helped a lot! The front desk staff was super welcoming and went above and beyond. The property is in an ideal location with lots of dinning options and super walkable to a lot of attractions. Will be coming back in the future!

Sadly this hotel missed the mark for me. In simple terms, you didn’t feel like this was a ‘home away from home’ with proper amenities that one should expect at this price point. Every time I showered it would essentially flood the bathroom. I forgot my hairbrush and requested a basic kit, only to be told they didn’t have anything to help (you’re a hotel?) and the room felt cold and uninviting. They’ve definitely jumped on the TikTok/Instagram clientele but unfortunately, beautiful interiors can only get you so far! I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend to others.

The hotel itself is very picturesque and the staff really friendly. The breakfast was limited but very very good and happily ate there each morning. The room itself was a little dated and wasn’t cleaned properly. For example, on the ground below the bedside table someone had spilled a handful of nuts but was never cleaned up. Its also in a great location very close to the metro station.

My partner and I loved the Bella Grande. It is a beautiful boutique hotel in an incredibly convenient place to all the major attractions: a 5 min (or less) walk to Tivoli Gardens, Strøget, the best pastry shop in Copenhagen (St. Peders Bageri), and more; a 10-15 minutes from Kings Garden and Rosenberg Castle, National Gallery of Denmark; 15-20 min walk to Nyhavn, Freetown Christiania. In essence staying here you can walk pretty much anywhere and bike everywhere. It’s also an incredibly beautiful hotel with an amazing restaurant (Donna - Italian food). The staff is very friendly and helpful, the WiFi worked impeccably, beds were very comfy. There is no AC, but I was there at the beginning of June and with the windows open did not need it at all (and I like to sleep cold). I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel

Very cute hotel, excellent breakfast not a huge selection but very delicious good food. Same was for the restaurant in the evening not a huge menu but all was very delicious. The rooms were small but nice, their was no fridge in our room even if there was a cupboard where it normally would be. Hotel `I would highly recommend, the location also very central and nice.
