The hotel is centrally located in Copenhagen and is very close to all of the main tourist attractions. Additionally, our room was very nice and had complimentary tea/coffee that were replaced daily. We also noticed that our bathroom had heated floors, which was a nice touch to the stay. The only issue we had was that our room was a little smaller than anticipated, and the tub was elevated, which made it difficult at times to get in or out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

The hotel was beautiful. Our rooms were very small, but we expected that. Good location to sites. A little further than we wanted to walk for meals, and the hotel restaurant as a little expensive. Overall, good place to stay.

The Phoenix is a grand old dame ! The rooms are sized just right and my bed was uber comfy ! The staff are VERY pleasant and helpful - really enjoyed them :-) It's too bad breakfasts aren't included (but there's plenty of great food nearby). Great neighborhood and the location is close to shopping. Overall , I would definitely recommend :-)

We had a great experience at the Phoenix Copenhagen. Hotel was lovely overall, very clean and the room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was great - we were offered the choice of bath or walk in shower on check in. Air con was good. Staff were charming throughout the stay, nothing too much trouble. Hotel was perfectly located to explore the city, 3 mins from two Metro stations and with cafes, restaurants and Nyhavn on the doorstep. Would recommend and I would definitely come back,

Excellent location and welcoming, helpful staff. Notably helpful over keeping bags between checkout and evening flight home. Breakfast buffet fresh and varied, although self-service coffee machines create a bottleneck. Possibly the best croissants I’ve had outside France. Room comfortable — bed very good — but decor feels ready for a refresh. Noisy floorboards make it difficult to walk the corridor without disturbing others. Overall a good end to the trip and a hotel I’d happily use again.
