Considering they only provide new towels every 3 days our towels were still wet the next day due to lack of drying space. The breakfast eating area is right beside the front door. It was very cold and even worse when the door opened. We did like the breakfast tho. "

"The room was good but the water kept dripping in one of the taps in bathroom and they had a firm control on providing cream for complimentary tea and coffee. They kept it under lock and key. Had to ask front end if wanted some. Other than that everything was fine "

Front desk manager is rude and keeps his back turned to guests as he leans on the counter talking to staff. Bar staff and restaurant staff are friendly. Paint is falling off the ceiling over the pool. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. "
