"Be wary of the onsite tour desk. Rosie's tours. Private boat tours by the local mafia and no insurance. Overpriced and ripoff. Very scary no ladder trying to get back on a small boat and choppy seas."

"Great hotel for kids, for snorkeling. The hotel itself is in need of some serious upgrading as it’s very dated. Not upmarket/5 star as advertised, more of a 3 star."

"Some days the towel hut ran out of towels. Every day the restaurants were fully booked so you were relegated to back rooms. Many instances of disrepair across the resort. We stayed at two other resorts around Fiji and even the “Bula” from the staff were less emotive at the Warwick. Everything else met expectations but things like not having towels and not being able to be seated for dinner are not acceptable."

"Property very shabby and dirty. Food disgusting some looked like slops and cold. No first aid kit at resort or defib. Linen very old and worn. The housekeeping staff were helpful but front of desk very lazy. The laundry you wouldnt wash your cat in there."

"Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the room was right near the bar and was very loud and noisy. The Wi-Fi was poor at best. Our in room safe did not have a battery and when requested one was not provided."
