"I had booked a suite two rooms with two king beds . One bedrooms TV would not work , called Ft. desk they came up to say they could not fix the problem. The next day ( we were there two days) i told Ft Desk first thing in the morning, they told me there was nothing they could do but did offer us to move to another room which was nice but we declined. Overall a nice clean room . Could use a few upgrades but for the price ... not bad"

"The hotel staff in the afternoon was a mess. She was very unfriendly, and it was obvious she does not want to work. On the other hand, the staff member with short hair was very kind and helpful. The pool was good to play for young child."
