"Had a great stay and the house fit our larger group. Lots to do for the kids with the pool, hot tub and bikes. The location is a short walk to the beach too which was great on the couple nice days of the trip. "

"This house had everything we needed for our beach vacation! The beach is just a few blocks away within the gated community. The house has all your beach needs including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys and a wagon to pull them in. We loved riding bikes (provided at the house) within the community. The streets are wide with minimal traffic so it was super safe for our young kids. There are plenty of shops and restaurants across the street, we barely used our car for a week. We did have a few hiccups while we were there but Jill was super responsive throughout the stay. We had an awesome time here and can't wait to come back!"

"The house accommodated all 17 members of our family ranging in age from 6 months to 63. We loved our time playing at the beach during the day and our nightly walks back in the evening to search for crabs. The pool, hot tub and patio were the perfect place to spend the day as well. "

"Everything was amazing. Although we had problems with som of the doors locking, experience was great especially with a 10 minute walk from food, beach, and shopping."

"Overall a very nice beach house in a great location. The host however never warned my family that the community pool was closed upon our arrival. It remained closed for the duration of our stay. With three young children this was a huge selling point of this home that we were unable to use. Also the community gate access code was wrong in the host's app which caused minor issue when checking in. Overall my family would stay again as the community guard told us they have never seen the pool closed in years of working there."
