"Plenty of room, spacious living areas. The family went to celebrate and had a wonderful time. The pool was a bonus along with the hot tub!"

"Our family was extremely pleased with this house. Everything was as expected. There was 11 of us, everyone had plenty of space to be together and also enjoy our individual space whenever needed. The pool, hot tub and close location to the beach or sound was so very nice. Best relaxing vacation for adults and kids. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"Overall a very nice beach house in a great location. The host however never warned my family that the community pool was closed upon our arrival. It remained closed for the duration of our stay. With three young children this was a huge selling point of this home that we were unable to use. Also the community gate access code was wrong in the host's app which caused minor issue when checking in. Overall my family would stay again as the community guard told us they have never seen the pool closed in years of working there."

"Nice property overall. Good for families and a short walk to the beach. Close to the grocery and some activities. We loved the pool. However we did feel that the Happy Stays X app concerning rules, procedures and WiFi password was difficult to navigate or even hard to find items we were searching for. Some items that were suppose to be located in the app were not and actually sent via email. Contacting the management company directly for issues or concerns produced quick resolutions. Everyone we talked to was very professional."

"The house was great for a family of 5. Plenty of space. It is in a great location to walk or get to places and it is located at a great spot for getting to the beach.We wish the house would have had items like salt and pepper, olive oil… Just a few odds and ends so that you don’t have to purchase these items. We also wish in the starter kit it came with a scrubbie for dishes and dish soap.I would recommend this place!"
