"We go every year about this time and it's great. Staying here gives you permission to park across the street and have passes to the beach at the community of million $ homes. SWEET. They shared that while the summer was good the fall has been awful. I blame the Orange Failure in our white house for scaring everyone away!"

"The design of the house worked well for our family and friends, and we enjoyed the location and the proximity to the beach. However, there were quite a few things that were either very dirty or broken, and we felt the owner had not been on site to devote attention to these things. In particular the carpet inside the front door was badly stained and torn on the steps; there were broken chairs on the decks and at the pool (these could cause injury to guests); the slider from the lower level to the pool was filthy and very difficult to open; the wooden door out to the pool stuck badly and was difficult to open; the shower/bath on the lower level would not stay in either the shower or bath position; the towel bar in the other lower level bath was broken and hanging from the wall; and one of the coffee makers had a dangerously protruding piece of metal and did not work. It would be a good idea for the owners to fix these things before listing this property again."

"The house was cleaner than most beach houses I have been too and it had a fantastic pool and hot tub. The rrooms were really nice and two had an adjoining bathroom. the owner provided a document that provided everything you would need to know about the house and the area. The beach was just down a dirt road that was only traveled by those on the road and the beach was never really crowded and it was very clean. Not great for finding sea shells or sharks teeth but no rocks or anything but soft sand and even very little sea weed. pretty much only saw some a time or two over the week. The waves were great for boogie boarding. You are on the ouskirts of town so no heavy traffic but close enough to stores and grocery stores only a few miles down the road. Ihave been coming to the outer banks for probably 12 years maybe more and this was the nicest one we stayed at todate. "

"We enjoyed Latitude Adjustment very much. The kitchen was big enough for our large family and very well stocked with everything you can possibly need. One drawback was that the bunk room bed sheets were stained and looked dirty. It grossed out the kids. And in one of the queen bedrooms, the sheets wouldn’t stay on the mattress. Maybe they were too small for the bed. The beach access wasn’t all that great either, but maybe we’re just spoiled from other places we’ve stayed at. The community center and pools weren’t exactly like they made it seem either. You had to pay for entrance into the gym which we thought was quite costly for one hr. And only 6 people were allowed into community pool at a time. But, no worries, we just stayed in the awesome pool and hot tub at the house. All in all we were all very pleased with Latitude Adjustment and may consider it again for our 2027 vacation. "

"We had an incredible stay at this vacation house! The pool was perfect clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing or letting the kids splash around. The large grassed backyard was a highlight for our group. It became the go to spot for whiffle ball games and catch, with both the kids and adults getting in on the fun. The space was ideal for creating memories and spending quality time together. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a fun, comfortable getaway!"
