"The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "

The property is on a quiet street but literally around the corner from the main square, shops and restaurants and is modern, well maintained and the cleanest we have had in Colombia. "Hôtel à une dizaine de minutes de taxi de la gare de bus, et à une vingtaine de minutes du centre ville à pied. Situé sur le bord de la route donc les chambres qui donner à ce côté ont beaucoup de bruit. Chambres amples et propres. Le restaurant était correct et il y a un autre café et des restaurants d’hamburgers à côté. Le gens de la réception très compétents et sympathiques. Ils proposent des activités plein air à faire avec des entreprises du secteur et ils peuvent faciliter le tout. Les prix sont compétitifs."

"Surprisingly spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly staff - and helpful regarding any local activities. Good internet. Comfortable area to work. The location is excellent - really just a 2 minute walk to Parque Principal and all the restaurants. Good breakfast. The Italian restaurant next door is fantastic. Overall, this place is great."

As a solo traveler who does not speak English, she went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and safe and even taking the time to talk with me and make sure I ate.
