"I would highly recommend a stay at Hotel del Coronado for the following reasons: *From the moment I arrived, the staff was pleasant and helpful. When my family needed more towels, a staff member arrived within 5-10 min. *The rooms including the bathrooms were clean. I think the area where I stayed was renovated. *The breakfast on the veranda was my favorite part. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, especially the bread pudding. The waiters were courteous each morning, The veranda is located in front of the ocean. With the ocean view and soft music playing in the background, breakfast was a delight. When I made my reservations via Expedia, I sought the option in which the breakfast would be included in my package. I'm glad that I selected that option--the breakfast buffet could be expensive. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel del Coronado."
Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa

"We stayed 5 nights at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa in one of their larger rooms with a sofa bed and had a lovely vacation. Their air conditioning had broke and we ended up having to pack everything up and move right before dinner. It was an inconvenience but they did provide us with the same room but newly renovated so it was an upgrade. They also provided us with a credit that was equal to the resort fee and accommodated us with a late check out. Therefore we were very happy with how they treated us given the inconvenience. Property is nice. There’s nothing right beside us but you’re about a 10 minute walk to the ferry landing. It’s nice and relaxing but you likely need a car to get around. The staff were are very lovely to deal with."
