"The hotel is well located and the apartment rooms are well designed and a good size. The staff is friendly and the cleaners do a wonderful job."

"We booked this location because of the star rating and prior reviews. Sadly, it was anything but a 4 star hotel, and not even sure how it is ranked 4.5 on Expedia. The hotel area was clean and well kept, the staff was average at best no real impactful interactions with any of the staff members. The room itself was fine with the exception of the extremely loud bathroom fan, and the only thing I can describe as slightly above the worst sleep I’ve ever had, in booking a four star hotel I expected...

"The place was exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable, I really liked the ceiling fan and the AC, and it was great to have streaming channels available on tv. We had a little trouble finding the place initially, there isn’t much signage on the front of the building. It’s just a small dark colored awning over a wooden door with the initials CSB. "Exceeded expectations. Clean, great service, convenient location."

"Clean and friendly staff. Location was convenient too. We would stay here again!"

"First time ever booking an aparthotel and I can say that this stay was a great experience. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but there were no issues. Our check-out was 12pm but our flight was at 7pm. Because they had a luggage storage locker we were able to leave it for the whole day and came back to our belongings with no issues. Definitely a nice spot to book! They also had a life sized rhino in their lobby area."

"Great service, location and having washer/dryer in room."
