"The overall stay for our family was horrible. No housekeeping the whole three days we were there you had to request it & when we requested the amount of towels etc we needed we weren’t given that amount. The beds looked like they were not clean! Parking was $10 a night which was okay I guess. The staff were rude when checking in & when asked directions around hotel. The best part of the hotel was the swimming area but the chlorine was VERY STRONG ! I wouldn’t stay here again!"

"Valet was very easy, the hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Many choices. "

"I was surprised - very bare bones. Cool history but No AC, no smart TV, more dorm room than hotel room. Didn’t feel Like we could walk anywhere. Slept find and bed comfy enough, clean enough. But I would not recommend and would not go back."

"The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. We paid $148 for a night and it was not worth the price. I’ve stayed here before a few times and it was good. This trip not so much. I did let staff know about the toilet when leaving just in case and in hopes they fix it for the next guests or don’t allow anyone to book it until it’s fixed. Wasn’t sanitary and actually pretty gross to have to do it multiple times for a family in there."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not the best water pressure in the shower. Also thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay extra for parking. If im paying to stay at your hotel youd think they would provide parking for the paying guests!"

"Highly recommended this hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly/accomodating, and lots of options for snacks and food. I liked that they had parking available, rather than having to find a parking garage or lot off the property. Would definitely stay here again while visiting St. Paul!"
