"This hotel was generally clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants around the hotel including one inside. It generally smells a little musty and has an old feel. Staff were helpful and the meeting room was large."

"Coffee in lobby 24/7 was nice. Lobby was good size for family gatherings like playing games. Meals next door at Elmers are a quick option. Convenient location to Sundial Bridge, grocery stores and restaurants. Room came with a burner but no pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. had to purchase these items. Housekeeping- every other day, which we don’t mind but they are inconsistent with replacing in room coffee, cups/lids, and creamer."

"Rooms were a little spartan, but very clean and comfortable. Super comfortable bed, nice bar and restaurant with excellent food, and simply beautiful grounds with gardens, fountains, and serene walking paths. After a long day driving, Gaia was an oasis. I won't hesitate to stay there again."

"We had a great three night stay! The manager and staff were helpful and courteous. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms have been renovated and are very clean. We didn't know upon arrival, but the hotel is located downtown by three very busy streets. The room we were in was right by the intersection, and it was quite loud until 2 am. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they gave us a different room, which worked out very well. We had a very peaceful rest of our stay. We would stay there again."

"Everything was neat and tidy. Check in was easy. We didn't utilize the pool but it was there. The breakfast was cold cereal, mini package muffins or yogurt or flat pancakes. No sugar."
