"The blinds over the window didn't cover the full window. There were lights shining in and the edges of the blinds allowed the light directly onto our faces while we slept. It was annoying to avoid the lights on my face all night."

"I didn't like that you make us pay $20 to park there then have a convention in the hotel and there is no parking! Did you make the people who came to the card convention pay for parking? No. But the people who paid almost $300 a night have to? Sorry to say this was the final straw for Embassy Suites."

"The property was very clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfasts were the best that I have ever had at a hotel chain. Lots of options and variety changed everyday. Good quality of healthy items too!"

"The name Hilton used to speak for itself, no review was necessary. * One clerk at front desk made check in an exercise in patience. * Hallway needed painted. *Room furniture was cheap damaged and unfitting of the name Hilton. *No stationary in desk or room service menu. Replaced by a scroungy UPC code. *Shower/tub was second rate and did not drain. *Hotel maintenance took for ever to come repair the issue. *The hotel maintenance man after repairing the drain went around me and despite my objections went around the bed my wife was in and went to look out the window before leaving. Totally unacceptable stay."

"staff is very nice and accommodating. we were traveling with a large dog and they are very kind and the property makes that easy. pet rooms have no carpet which is good but the rooms are a little tired but prices are reasonable and location worked well for us."

"As the wife of the renter for the weekend, there was no description of the driveway and how it is really steep and small car friendly only, ( we drive a ram power wagon) it did not state it is a shared property with the owners residence connected, nor did it state 4/20 friendly with weed vap smoking on the patio. Outdoor furniture needs replaced as well. The actual house part was great and clean inside but we will not stay again. "

"We paid for a walking shower king suite and got a hearing accessible room. No other accessible rooms were available due to renovations. Created a safety hazard for my wife. Who is wheelchair bound and could not shower in the tub shower combo. "
