Access the vibrant marine life via a convenient ladder into the crystal-clear waters, where you can effortlessly drift with the current in either direction, returning home to repeat the adventure or swim back to the villa at your leisure.

Upon entering the villa, you'll find yourself on the middle level, where a fully equipped kitchen awaits alongside a dining room and living area, all offering breathtaking ocean views. Stretching the length of this level, a terrace provides the ideal setting to unwind with a margarita while soaking in the stunning sunset vistas.

Ascend to the upper level to discover two of the villa's three bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed. Both rooms offer private baths and access to terraces overlooking the azure waters below.

Descending to the lower level, you'll find the third bedroom along with a second entertainment area, complete with a family-style living room and a convenient bar. The bedroom features two full-size beds and direct access to a hallway bathroom, while both the bedroom and family room open out to the outdoor space.

The backyard is divided into two levels, with a sandy area on one level equipped with ample loungers and a charcoal BBQ pit. Descend a series of short steps to reach the ocean level, where you can effortlessly slip into the water via a ladder or take a refreshing plunge off the coral-built ramp.
