"We loved the way the theme was incorporated into every aspect of the hotel and decorations. Very well designed. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel cleaning staff do an excellent job as the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and the staff did a superb job maintaining the area clean and refilling any food that was running low. Only negative comment would be that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so we had to shower with the door open. "

"We lucked out and found a very low rate for this hotel. Superior lodging compared to other hotels we've stayed out in Pigeon Forge. It was winter and so we didn't bring our swimsuits. Unfortunate because the pool is open 24/7 even in winter. The cleaning staff was awesome and i really liked the towel animals. Would stay again in a second. We met several folks who had stayed there for dollywood trips for years. The breakfast buffet across the four lane was good. Worth the few dollars to upgrade."
