"I was really disappointed with this stay. The floors were extremely dirty to the point where we couldn’t take our shoes off—our socks turned black within minutes. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the hot and cold were reversed, which was frustrating. While the shower itself looked somewhat clean at first glance, the ceiling had visible mold and dirt. Housekeeping was also inconvenient. If you needed more towels or toilet paper, you had to go down to the front desk and exchange your used ones first, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. The overall smell of the property was terrible—it reeked like garbage throughout. Outside areas were just as bad. The elevator felt unsafe and creepy, and the carpet on the ramps outside was heavily stained and smelled awful, like garbage leakage. The beds were okay, but they made me feel itchy, which was concerning. The pull-out couch was unusable due to leftover crumbs from previous guests. The only positives were the convenient location and the breakfast vouchers for the restaurant next door, although you still have to pay extra to upgrade to the buffet. At the end of the day, you do get what you pay for, but this stay was far from comfortable and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Hot breakfast daily. Renovated rooms are nice. Indoor Pool is nice. Hotel is being renovated and they start EARLY. If I had one complaint, it would be that. They start as early as 7:00 with room construction noise. It got very old during our 5 night stay. Very convenient location. "

"Arrived to the lobby spelling like there was a propane leak due to gas logs. When we got to the room, the sheets on one of the beds was very dirty and we had to call and have them changed. They never swapped for clean towels and breakfast was beyond below par. "

"Everything was good. Only stayed one night. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was good and everyone was friendly and helpful. Thank you "
