"Had an enjoyable stay, however, for the total expenses of this resort you would expect property conditions to be a little nicer. We had multiple minor issues with our rooms bathroom, the walls are paper thin to the point you can clearly hear your neighboring guests conversations, and rooms lack some basic amenities like a microwave... aside from minor complaints, this property puts in effort where thry can, and we did enjoy our stay"

"The good parts: staff were friendly and accommodating. The room and pool were clean. There is a great bar/restaurant within walking distance away. It was nice to have a full size fridge and stove to use if needed. They also have kayaks and paddle boards to use at no charge. But, beware…it is difficult to get BACK up the kayak launcher as there is no handle and the concrete pad is very slippery. The not so good parts: The pictures are a little deceiving. The room we booked (deluxe king) showed a pic that looked like it looks out onto the ocean. Ours did not. It was on the ground floor and the side of the bed is RIGHT next to the kitchen sink. You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors (even just casual conversation). There was no housekeeping at all during our 5 night stay. Not that we needed someone to make the bed, but more to refill the coffee and creamer instead of having to ask. There isn’t a beach area and there is a lot of seaweed which begins to smell later in the day under the hot sun. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay and fairly priced. The friendly staff make up for some of the shortcomings. "

"False advertising! The floating rooms don’t even exist. The online pictures are from pre-Erma. We slept in our clothes and shoes with one eye on the door. We used our own beach towels as blankets. Absolutely horrible. I’d like a refund. "

"Room 22 was without a nice patio as advertised on Expedia. When we entered the room, there was an extremely strong odor of bleach. Mold in the shower. Kitchen wasn't equipped enough. Just a few plates, cups and utensils. Everything seemed dirty, not washed properly. Not enough beach chairs for all guests. Only one paddleboard. Carpet in the restaurant smelled horrible. Pool was dirty. Comfortable king size bed but the couch was noisy and the mattress too thin. Staff was nice. "

"Where to start? The pool! The hot tub! The bikes! The kayaks! The location! We loved it all. "

"The location is fantastic. The house leaves something to be desired. Cracked and loose floor tiles, missing shower tile, heat listed on amenities but not in place (though space heaters were ultimately provided when requested). Kayak/canoe listed in amenities, but were not on property until asked for. The property maintenance staff member, Yoan, was excellent and helped us in many ways. I can't say enough about him, he is great. I could go on with other issues but let me say, location is ideal. My group is low maintenance and we had a great, great time. However, do not expect to arrive at a property in good shape."
