"You get what you pay for. It's a 3rd to half the price of any other rooms in the area. If you don't care about cleanliness and just want to save a buck, this is the place for you. The front porch hadn't been swept, table hadn't been wiped down. The floor inside might have been swept, but not mopped. The sheets were dirty and it was an ordeal just to get clean sheets. The fridge/freezer was dirty and had no rails so you couldn't store anything in the door. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with hairs on the floor and in the shower. On the last morning, we had a wet floor either from a leak in the AC or a hole in the wall (it rained pretty hard the night before). There was a big black mold patch right underneath the AC unit on the outside wall. Do yourself a favor and pay double or triple the price for a nice room."

"This was by far the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in, and the view was great! The pool was very nice; with plenty of chairs and loungers. The host is very quick to respond, and made things very simple. I had all the information I needed. Awesome central location, so we could explore all the keys! "

"Great location on Marathan Key - About halfway between Miami and Key West, so we used this as our base of operations to explore the area. The unit itself was right on a little sandy beach which we loved and the place had a ton of room for the three of s traveling together. A lovely screened-in porch, two living areas and while the kitchen was small, it had everything you needed along with a pass window to the porch, where we ate all of our meals. Definitely recommend."

"Bungalows are older and could use some updating. The unit was cleaned but shows signs of needing deep cleaning in the corners. They must use Fabuloso as their cleaners because the whole placed smelled of it. I personally am not a fan. The beds were HORRIBLE. We actually bought a mattress topper on day 3 but it did not help. If you have back issues this is not the place for you. Linens were clean staff was polite and helpful. Office hours are limited to regular work hours so if you need something at night you will be on your own. The grounds are very well kept and tropical. The pool and hot tub very clean and well maintained. The beach is very pretty and kept natural. We had a lot of seaweed, as it was windy and the seas were rough. They do rake the beach regularly but as I said it is a natural beach. Our overall stay was very nice and the family had a great time. If you want luxury this is not the place. If you want quiet family time centrally located for a good price and decent amenities you won’t be disappointed. If they invested in new mattress I may go back. I would call ahead."

"The view this house has is absolutely stunning! I could stare at the water for hours. All the different blues and greens.The house could use a little TLC but honestly I'm there to enjoy the gorgeous water. The pool needs some painting but nothing that hinders your experience.The house is large and roomy!The beds are extremely comfortable and so is the couch in the living room after a busy days in the Keys ,that's a plus! I walk every morning and the neighborhood is extremely safe and beautiful.Honestly we had a wonderful time and can't say enough about the View!We sat at the dock every night for sunsets and saw dolphins, sharks, manatees, lots of fish and turtles. Absolutely breathtakingWe had a blast! Blessed to have a beautiful week of weather as well!Frank is very communicative and friendly All in all a great experience"

"The unit had a musty odor upon check-in from what appeared to be from not being open up to fresh air for period of time. Cleared up after a day. Windows could use a good cleaning as the visible mildew was unappealing and initial reaction, upon check-in, was we rented a dud (especially with musty odor). Unit was a tad light in furniture and could use a love seat or recliner chair added. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable and could use a replacement. Sunsets from the deck were the BEST! Overall, the unit was great! I would definitely recommend and would re-visit!"
