"This quirky place was great for our group of 5. The private beach with an adjacent pool was super fun for our kiddo, felt like everyone got what they wanted in the same place! The rental had lots of little thoughtful details like a laundry hamper-not to mention private laundry room for each villa! The interior could use a little updating but we really enjoyed our stay here. Slow mornings drinking coffee on the screened in porch were so nice! Would definitely recommend."

"The house was great! Two families with kids ranging from 10-15. Outdoor space was amazing, dock, pool, fishing poles, bikes, table games and TV. The house was clean except the kitchen, it needs some detail cleaning, the trash can needs a scrubbing and the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. The couch on the top floor had all kinds of food crumbs when you sat on it. The outdoor cushions need to be replaced as they are worn out. The ones in the chairs are disintegrating. The rest of the house and bed linens were clean and smelled good. "

"When I saw we loved this property, WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY. We are from VA Beach and travel to the keys every few years. This place makes us want to vacation here more. The locations was spectacular. My son, 8, caught his first fish right out back. Tons of memories were made. We had many wildlife visitors including Manatees and Pelicans. Our 2 year old daughter found many cozy spots to relax and play. Highly recommend! We explored the entire length of the keys with this central location. This trip was worth every penny! "
