"The office has limited hours, but the man who checked us in was nice. The room really really needed a good sweeping and cleaning. It was okay for a one-night stay, but I would not have wanted to stay here for a week. "

"The room was great. The bathroom huge, the living room the size of an oversized apartment. The best part was the balcony. We had a waterfront auite, and the balcony was incredible. A full, waparound porch style balcony that added immensely to our stay."

"Staff very friendly. Room was clean, Mattress very firm, AC a bit loud but cold. Shower was excellent after a long day of fishing. Breakfast was great. They had many things to choose from. Plenty of parking. Ice machine was very good."

"This quirky place was great for our group of 5. The private beach with an adjacent pool was super fun for our kiddo, felt like everyone got what they wanted in the same place! The rental had lots of little thoughtful details like a laundry hamper-not to mention private laundry room for each villa! The interior could use a little updating but we really enjoyed our stay here. Slow mornings drinking coffee on the screened in porch were so nice! Would definitely recommend."

"The house was great! Two families with kids ranging from 10-15. Outdoor space was amazing, dock, pool, fishing poles, bikes, table games and TV. The house was clean except the kitchen, it needs some detail cleaning, the trash can needs a scrubbing and the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. The couch on the top floor had all kinds of food crumbs when you sat on it. The outdoor cushions need to be replaced as they are worn out. The ones in the chairs are disintegrating. The rest of the house and bed linens were clean and smelled good. "

"This property was AWESOME!! So clean! Ocean view. Not I can see it alittle bit. The whole balcony faced the ocean and the master bedroom. No obstruction. The private pool for the complex was clean. They supplied beach towels to use, tennis rackets, beach chairs, kayaks and bikes. We had an amazing time!! Well worth the money. It was close to everything. We had taken our 2 teenage daughters who have never seen the ocean before for Spring Break 2026. We went snorkeling, parasailing and took a fish charter and visited The Dolphin Research Center. We had our own private beach with the complex. There wasn’t a lot of people. We had a laid back and relaxing time. Watched the sunrise drinking coffee outside. Drove 5 minutes and could watch the sunset. Perfect! I can’t say enough great stuff about this place."
