"Excellent property and location! The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We rented a boat for the a few days. It was easy to access the gulf from the house. The fish cleaning station was appreciated and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. "

"We drove 7.5 hours to get to this place which we booked in August of last year. When we opened the door the chemical smells were so strong it made my entire family feel nauseous and physically unwell. We decided to leave to get food and see if it would subside and it didnt. I reached out to the property owner/manager and she was very quick to respond. I told her my concerns and she first offered a full refund if I left the night we arrived, but then quickly backtracked and said she would only refund half of what we paid. The pictures show a brand new looking home, but it was far from it. The couch, chairs and rugs were all stained. There was mold in the owners bedroom shower and mold on the mini split ac units. Considering the price it costs per night to stay here and previous reviews, we were very disappointed in the home and the host. We felt as though we were stuck and it ruined are stay. "

"This is our second year staying in the house. The setup is great and it works well for our family. It could use some TLC, but that doesn’t affect the stay. I really appreciate that they are willing to do more than Saturday to Saturday as most others do in KCB. That makes it very worthwhile for us! "

"We had a wonderful vacation in Key Colony Beach! The house was adorable and in a great neighborhood, easy access for fishing and friendly neighbors. We loved our morning and evening walks, and caught some great fish right off the dock. The bikes, kayak, and beach club membership were so nice to have and we were so happy to find a place that allowed us to bring our dog. We would definitely return! Thanks Ada! "

" The Hot tub seem to be on a timer for it did not get warm until evening. There should be something about the hot tub in the book so you are aware. We had several days of cool temps and it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub during the day. Another suggestion is to list in the book that quiet time starts at 10 pm in BOLD big letters so all are aware. I know it's a city ordinance but it gets lost in all the wording.This was a beautiful outstanding home, one of my favorite. Thank you "
