"Excellent pool with incredible view. The hotel itself is quite dated but more than mass up for it with the beach view."

"The host was very reponsive and the over under duplex were well furnished, very well equipped kitchens and very comfortable living areas.Upper and lower units are uniquely linked by a lockable inside spiral staircase between upper and lower units. Otherwise a separate exterior staircase provides easy access to the second floor unit. We used both lower and upper units, which also allows privacy if needed. Both units easily accommodated our family of 11. The extra large pool, shaded by palms.was enjoyed by all! Parents also loved the hot tub! Enough parking for 4-6 vehicles.Key Colony is home to Sunset Park, sport- fishing charters, many pickleball courts, 9 -hole Par-3 golf & beaches, Shopping and great restaurants are within a 10-15 min drive to Marathon.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully stocked. Great proximity to dining and shopping as well as fishing offshore and snorkeling at the lighthouse. The canal is beautiful at night with all of the lights. We truly enjoyed lounging in the pool as well. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back. "

"Great location and beautiful property. The condo had everything we needed including great views. Sunset park was a short walk and a great little spot to enjoy the sunset. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance and lots of amenities within a short drive. Highly recommend! "

"The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing—truly a little slice of paradise The dock and entire outdoor space were beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The house was well equipped and had everything we could ever need, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.The neighborhood had such a quaint charm, and the sunsets at the beach were unforgettable. "House was clean. We paid to have pool heated and it was nice. Outside cushions by pool need to be washed. Upstairs washer did not work but a new one wash being delivered, so we just used the downstairs on. That was not a big deal. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock. We even saw a manatee come right up to dock. Over all the house was very nice. We loved walking down to Sunset beach at sunset. "
