"The pool and backyard were absolutely amazing—truly a little slice of paradise The dock and entire outdoor space were beautifully maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The house was well equipped and had everything we could ever need, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free.The neighborhood had such a quaint charm, and the sunsets at the beach were unforgettable. The owners were fantastic with communication and even shared some great local festival recommendations, which made our stay even more special.Would definitely come back! "

"You can tell the hotel is older. It’s surface level clean. My kids had fun at the pool & hot tub though. We had to take our dirty towels to the office & requested clean ones. The restaurant attached has a limited menu. It’s basically bar food. The staff at the hotel & restaurant staff was amazing!!"

"ac was good rooms clean, however if you own a boat & are going fishing don't launch on marthon Island, 70$ to go on marthon, go south to big pine, free to launch. watch out for rip offs on marthon including this motel! "

"Excellent property and location! The house was clean and the beds comfortable. We rented a boat for the a few days. It was easy to access the gulf from the house. The fish cleaning station was appreciated and the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed. "

"This is our second year staying in the house. The setup is great and it works well for our family. It could use some TLC, but that doesn’t affect the stay. I really appreciate that they are willing to do more than Saturday to Saturday as most others do in KCB. That makes it very worthwhile for us! "

" The Hot tub seem to be on a timer for it did not get warm until evening. There should be something about the hot tub in the book so you are aware. We had several days of cool temps and it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub during the day. Another suggestion is to list in the book that quiet time starts at 10 pm in BOLD big letters so all are aware. I know it's a city ordinance but it gets lost in all the wording.This was a beautiful outstanding home, one of my favorite. Thank you "
