The privacy, outdoor was relaxing was able just sit relax while fishing. The place wasnā€™t clean properly need a freshener up the blanket smell at lease put in dryer after ever use to kill order little bleach will go a long way. The attendant was welcoming and pleasant, easy checking in.

Our flight and rental car took longer so they didnā€™t leave an option for us to check into our spot other than the small print under check in instructions after it was required we communicated with them if check in time, even though we have not experienced that with any other stay in the keys. There was no answer, I was left stranded with my children at 1 am with no where to go. So far no refund!

Would Definitely Stay Again

Jim and Mike are great! Nice guys very welcoming and friendly. This is basic lodging. Itā€™s clean. We booked last minute and stayed just one night. Wasnā€™t expecting much based on some of the reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. The place was exactly what we needed. Itā€™s very basic.The price was right especially compared to the really high prices in the keys. Great location, near restaurants. Donā€™t hesitate to stay here.

We had booked 3 nights here, but we walked away after the first night without a refund. We talked to the manager and showed the dirt in the unit to no avail. Expedia virtual assistant wasnā€™t any help.

Sea Cove shouldnā€™t be advertised as a ā€œResort & Marinaā€ because itā€™s just a motel and thereā€™s no marina. The floor in my room was dirty and so was the bathroom. Hairs throughout room. No bathroom mat to stand on after getting out of the shower and no entrance mat to wipe your shoes on prior to entering room. I didnā€™t expect the Ritz Carlton, but it was only slightly better than camping.

The floors were dirty. The beds were terrible. They had crunchy plastic on the mattresses (maybe thatā€™s a good thing) and were very spongy. There was nothing floating about it. Gravel parking lot. Some of the windows in our unit were boarded up. The AC was a very noisy window unit. Would not recommend. Wish I could get my $$$ back.

It was nice like a cottage atmosphere. But needed some TLC and I saw a large undefinable bug crawling under the bed in the morning. I hoped I wouldn't take one home with me and left earlier than planned to avoid any more chance. I went for price instead of a commercial type establishment. Would not recomend.

The room was not as advertised. We paid for two nights in a boat that they converted over to a room, but they did not have that. Their website shows they have it but they do not have it even though they take your money for it. They would not refund our money. The rooms are dirty and you have no access to the beach
