"We were here for a week and had a great stay! The view is beautiful! We saw manatee swimming right by the house. The guys spent lots of time fishing and caught a baracuda, a needle fish, a lizard fish, and a horseshoe crab right from the house! Some of these species were new to us! We enjoyed laying in the sun during the day. The sunrise was amazing from the house. Plenty to do around the area as well to keep you busy! We were all sad to have to go home but would definitely return to stay here. "

"Pleasant staff upon entrance. Room well prepared, comfortable. Only thing missing was a small freezer in the refrig to place our freezer bags which we use to keep our medication cool in our travels. Had to use the house ice cubes when we left. Dining room lovely and many choices for breakfast."

"Loved the property- you need a car to go anywhere, but that was ok for us! Great location, supermarket right down the road as well as a place to rent fishing poles and get bait. The fishing off the dock was perfect for our 9 & 10 year old kids, and the kayaking around the mangroves was so fun. The nature is a plenty and so is the wildlife. "

"Very nice home, felt new and modern. The stairs up were relatively easy for us seniors. We did plan our trips down to the pool so we didn’t have to go back and forth much. If you have mobility issues maybe not for you. Of course, this is a common design in this area for storms. The pool was pretty private, every now and then boats go by and there were some folks who use the space next to the house as a hang out but we were not really bothered by that. We fished directly from the house! Even caught a shark night fishing. Close to whatever you may need (groceries, restaurants, activities, and the rest of the keys). Overall 5 stars. We liked not having a massive “to-do” list upon checking out…. Thanks!"

"Everything was as described. Right on the water with plenty of dock fishing and easy access to the water. Walking distance to Marathon Lady, Two Conchs and bait stores. Very friend local neighbors and comfortable stay next to the Cut."
