"I loved this rental! Clean, quiet, beachy vibe throughout the home. Plenty of towels, blankets and dishes. Only a short walk to the beach just across the A1A (there is a pedestrian crossing with flashing lights) but only had to use the lights once because traffic is not bad in this area. (Mostly residential) Our older dogs loved walking the boardwalk to the beach. Check for low tide so there are plenty of tidal pools for great shells. If U have older family members know that the stairs go up and over two dunes."

"I will begin with the view! What an amazing spot! Picture perfect sunrises each morning, Watching dolphins swim by, surfers catch a wave, pelicans and Ospreys diving for their food; it was incredible. The boardwalk to the beach was just steps away from our door, which made it perfect since we brought our pup! The condo was perfect for the two of us and our pup! The kitchen had a full size fridge, induction cooktop, large microwave, toaster and coffee pot. There were plenty of cups, dishes, bowls, plates, and utensils. There's a tall table and two chairs to enjoy breakfast looking at the ocean. The L-shape sofa was not the newest, but very comfortable! There's a comfy chair and end table as well. The table in the entry way came in very handy! The bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for our products. The bedroom has a large closet, bureau, and very comfortable king size bed. There's a smart TV in the living room and bedroom that worked well. The ac's in the living room and bedroom worked perfectly! The unit is not brand new with up to date fixtures and furniture, and there are some cosmetic flaws, but it is comfortable, well appointed, clean, and in a perfect location! Communication with our host was the best we've ever experienced. She answered any question we had within minutes and was super kind and helpful. We will absolutely be renting this unit again in the future!"

"Had a hard time with figuring out the lock in the door at first, had to call a few times to find out how. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner, the broom wasn’t enough. The main TV has picture issues, checked all the connections, but nothing fixed it. We weren’t in the room that much, so it was fine. Just want you aware. The view was beautiful and enjoyed the beach so much. Will love to come back soon!"
