"The location of this single wide mobile home was incredible; on the banks of the Winchuck River and a ten minute walk to the beach! We watched waterfowl, heard owls and saw a fox. However, the mobile home itself was worn out, and there was an overpowering smell of air freshener that no amount of fresh air could dissipate. We messaged the owner twice about animal noises coming from underneath the trailer. "

"Room had no microwave and had sugar ants in it. Didn’t notice until was bed time and they was crawling on the nightstand and on the blankets. Took a shower next morning and there was black hairs 3 of them on shower wall. "

"This is a beautiful property. If the owner would only spruce it up it would get an excellent. Starting with the front door, it badly needs paint. Some of the electric outlets don't work. It would be helpful to have instructions on using the tv.The large bush which sits in front of the window blocking the beautiful view should be cut in half not removed."

"Beautiful location and beautiful cabin! Not a huge fan of when hosts have a long check out list. The WiFi instructions need to be updated. There are 3 or 4 places it says the WiFi/password and they are all different, so it’s a little bit of trial and error. "
