Crivitz Lake House Experience

Summary:
Venture north and experience a fabulous family getaway at this vacation rental in Crivitz, Wisconsin! This house is located on grass lake with access and a lovely 3-acre lot, right off the best trails for ATVs side by side snowmobiling, etc. There is a fire pit and closed garage to store all your toys.

The 3-bed, 2-bath house is updated with modern appliances, a smart TV with Netflix, along with an extensive newly installed aluminum front deck to grill out or just relax in front of the lake.

The Space:
A private house with 3-bedroom, 2-full baths, and fully updated. It has one king bed, one queen bed, and a bunk bed with pull-out. House is occupied with central air and heat. New appliances, a filtered water, and ice machine. It has two smart TVs and a sound system in the living room.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the whole house rooms. Main garage can be used for cars or toys parking, and have a finished heated room that can also be used with extra charge. Second garage is not for use except for carport parking.

The Neighborhood:
Wooded area with many off-road trails around and small lakes.

Getting Around:
You can use a car or any legal off-road vehicle to go around the neighborhood and enjoy the bars on the trails.

Other Things to Note:
There is a fire pit located in the front yard close to the lake that can be used along with a fire wood that stocked behind it.

Newly renovated dock with pedal boats, kayaks, and canoe all ready for guests use. We have life jackets in the storage box next to the dock.

The worst checkin I ever had

Booked this property in early April. Three week prior to my August 23rd arrival for a six night stay I received message from the owner that property had been double booked for my first night and asked if I could change to an August 24th arrival for a five night stay. I was agreeable because these things happen. I never received my door code. I arrived about one hour early on August 24th, still without a code, and talked to the cleanup/lawn guy who was helpful but real curious when I explained that I was going to the grocery for five nights worth of food. His orders were that he would return for clean up of the property the next day following a group staying one night. After messaging through VRBO, the owner send me the door code. Sure enough, some folks show up at a few minutes after 4:00 PM and have the same door code. Again, after messaging situation to owner, he confirms that I have the property. The other group had booked with a different person (not the owner but apparently a different property manager) just 3 days earlier on AirB&B. I didn’t like doing the owner or property manager’s job and do not plan to return to this property in the future. After more than 10 years of use, I will avoid booking VRBO properties in the future.

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our relaxing stay on Grass Lake. The property pictures were pretty accurate. The newer TV's and appliances were great. Beds were comfortable. We would have liked to put our boat in on the lake to fish, but found High Falls Flowage a great, beautiful expanse of water. Didn't catch much, but had fun anyway.

My friend and I did a moms getaway. The cabin was very comfortable, we had some issues with the internet but the host got back to us very quickly. Overall we had a great time!

I highly recommend staying here. We booked this cabin for 3 weeks for our construction crew working up there and they absolutely loved the stay. Everything was clean and taken care of. Communications with owner/manager was great!

Peaceful Retreat

My friend and I just spent 3 nights at this wonderful home near Crivitz, Wi. The home was immaculate, the large yard was beautiful and a great view of the lake from some of the windows. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and the neighbors (who we didn't see or hear) were very quiet. Very PRIVATE and peaceful. The lake was a short walk from the house. Only suggestion would be to place seating outside on the deck or by the lake. Crivitz is only about 12 miles from the home, with a great Piggly Wiggly grocery store and other shopping needs and lots of restaurants to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. Thank you for your hospitality! ! !
