"The rooms were very large and the suite included a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and coffee maker along with cutlery. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So many choices. The pool was not operational when we were there which was a bummer. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and helpful. "

The outside is in the worst location I've stayed at - the hotel sits across from a small airport which is no big deal except for the seeming endless barbed-wire fence that surround the airport which make the hotel feel like it is in a prison. The room was refreshed, however the workmanship was awful. The worst part was the room was not clean. Surface clean perhaps but their was a lingering smell that would not leave. I expected more from the Hampton Inn. Due to an event in town the rates were doubled and this made the quality of the room not in line with the price charged on that day. I actually checked out and requested a refund due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. Very unfortunate indeed. The quality of hotels in American has fallen dramatically. "
