"The staff were wonderful! The check in process was efficient and they were great about storing luggage before and after our stay. They arranged for a taxi for an early morning ride to the airport plus packed us a boxed lunch! We stayed in two rooms. The room across the street was really delightful and spacious. The room attached to the main building, the "garden" room was fine except that the bathroom tiles were a bit moldy. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

"By far one of the most enjoyable hotels we have been too. It is situated in an amazing location across the river with and amazing view and far from the bustle. The suite is one of the largest accommodation spaces I have ever had in Europe, it feels like a small apartment. The amenities are rich and the architecture, decoration, and design are exquisite. Breakfast is also rich. They have a nice SPA where you can enjoy a nice indoor swim then break it off with a quick Sauna. There is also a parking on site. The only thing that could’ve been managed better was the rooftop restaurant as the food and service didn’t give justice to how amazing this place is BUT we will definitely always stay there whenever we are in Porto. Try Enoteca restaurant close-by if you are ever in town."
