"Stayed at this property a few weeks back with family and friends for opening season and 4th of July. Great place and location - so much so, that I rented it again to take a few friends and work colleagues for their first time scalloping. Everyone had a blast. House is clean, very well stocked, and the layout is ideal with a large central open area for folks to gather. Thanks for being part of 2 great Crystal River weeks this year!"

"What a welcoming, inviting, clean, and close to everything place to stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a great time scalloping and visiting the springs in the area. The amenities offered were great… pool, hot tub, kayaks, and boat dock. Not far from the scalloping area… great fun for all! Highly recommend and would rent again without hesitation!"
"We loved the place and the boat access. FYI the toilet in the extra bedroom runs and the hosebib won't shut off completely by the grill. It was clean,quiet and the couches and king bed were very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your home."

"Our family & friends gather at Crystal River every year for the last 7 years. We enjoy the water, Scalloping, and each other. This Host & Home provided a perfect place to do all of that. The dock was plenty big enough to accommodate 2 boats. The pool was a wonderful place to unwind every evening. The home provided the space for everyone to relax and enjoy our meals and company.We’ve all agreed that this is the best place we have ever stayed at and we are planning on coming again next year!"
