"We absolutely loved this place! The scenery, the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the house, everything was perfect! We were there for a grandson's graduation and hope to return and stay next year for our granddaughter's graduation. One of the highlights is the presence of an archaeological excavation and scattered pottery shards of the ancient pueblo who once lived there. As tempting as it is to take a piece of pottery, please just look and admire, then leave it. We found this place to be...

What an amazing find! Durango was book up to $400 rooms and this was suggested. What a great accidental find! the room was great. Amy was so helpful.. When asked is there coffee in the room she chuckled and said "its in the stocked kitchen" that I found to be fantastic. The town is lost in time and so quaint and friendly. I will do this again given the opportunity. Mesa Verde just down the road. Was only $120 and I'm glad I passed on the $395 DoubleTree in Durango.
