"Check in was a little tricky. When you arrive, you check in via text. The person receiving the text is not on site. You have to wait for the on site staff to receive a message from whoever has the contact phone. The gentleman who was on site that weekend was very helpful."

"This lodge is in a beautiful location with expansive views of the mountains around Julian, CA. The room was large with a pleasant bathroom with skylight. There is air conditioning in every guest room. The large living room has a TV (so do the rooms) as well as a billiard table. The kitchen was spacious and the hosts provided eggs, bread, milk, bananas, and ramen soup bowls for the guests. The lodge is small with only a few rooms so it is quiet and allows each guest to interact with the others as they wish. I would definitely stay here again."

"My family stayed for 9 days, during that time my family loved every part of the house. The game room was awesome. The property had so many things to do from basketball to swings, pool, game room. We really did have to go anywhere, could have stayed there, but I wanted my grandchildren to experience San Diego and the surrounding area. The Host was attentive and responded quick. I would rent this property again. Thank you Alvin for sharing your beautiful home with us."
