Pala Casino Spa And Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The room was absolutely amazing! So much space, and really luxurious beds. The pool area is one of the best we’ve been to- separate areas, smaller pools, so gatherings don’t affect everyone at the pool. The servers were always around if you needed them, and everyone who works there is so kind and professional. My only problem was the spa and fitness center were closed, and there was zero notice that this was going to be an issue. The resort itself didn’t have any signage reporting this, and yet they still charge you a resort fee. Not cool. That knowledge likely would have changed our stay plans, as we enjoy using those facilities on girl trips. But overall, it’s a place we’ll come back to (after Dec. when hopefully the spa and fitness center repopen-why didn’t they set up a temporary facility if doing all this work?!?). Aside from the one issue, it’s a great place to stay and enjoy yourself, and close enough to Old Town Temecula for a great day of shopping and dining, and super night life as well!"

"We enjoyed our stay here! Right when we checked in the staff was friendly. Our room was spacious & clean. The bathroom was on the smaller side that’s the only negative if I had to say one thing. The hotel circle area is always a good location. I definitely recommend for a family stay. We loved the liquor store too for the convenience."

"It was a good hotel for my 1 week stay in San Diego. Close to old town, balboa park and the baseball park. It was nice to have a restaurant, and food was good. Only negative is there isnt much within walking distance, no stores, just other hotels."
