"The location was excellent, beds very comfortable, shower pressure great and the room was very well appointed. Staff was very friendly and was very helpful with any questions I had. Although there was a charge for parking, the parking lot had plenty of spaces"

"We went as a family of 4. Stayed 3 nights to check out the zoo and USS Midway. The elevator with the glass dome was a huge hit for the kids. We hit the pool every day. The onsite restaurants and gift shop had all the important things! Perfect for a home away from home for a few days."

"Beautiful location, but our stay was disappointing due to several issues. We found a large bug in the room, the bathroom door got stuck and locked my son inside (maintenance said it had happened before), and the AC unit smelled strongly like urine when turned on. The shower also had visible buildup. Overall, the property has great potential, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement."
