Pala Casino Spa And Resort

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Pala Casino Spa Resort. The room was comfortable and clean, although it felt a little dated and could use some updating. The parking was excellent and very convenient. The entertainment options were great, and we really enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room very comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."

"Clean room, decent buffet breakfast, excellent location. The hotel did not provide complimentary water bottles even though I am a Bonvoy Silver member. The front office (check in) staff was condescending."

"The building itself is old, but the room was well maintained with up to date furnishings. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pool and spa areas were beautiful with a lot of trees, plants, grass and an overall elevated vibe in this part of the property."

"Was a great place to stay-only issue we had was a water leak from a ceiling vent. Would have been a 5 Star stay without the issue. Staff was super responsive and attentive. Do see ourselves staying here again down the line, hopefully without the water leak and puddle in the room."
