"I visited this property with my mom and her dogs in July 2025 and we had the most lovely stay. The house was perfect and the backyard so peaceful to let the dogs out and for us to decompress. The location was absolutely perfect - being able to walk to the iconic 17 mile drive was so incredible. We didn’t realize how close we were to such stunning ocean views! It’s also an easy 15 min drive to Pacific Grove and Monterey, which are also very dog friendly. The neighborhood was so quiet, everyone was so nice, and the gate as an added security step made us feel safe and welcome as well. Thank you Jackie and team for the best summer escape "

"Beautiful comfortable home near PBL and 17 miles drive. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful deck. Ping pong table, golf putting and pickle ball for extra fun at the house. Management co very proactive and made sure everything was first class. "

"This house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable furniture and beds, easily accommodated our birthday trip celebration with friends. The fire pit was so relaxing watching the sunset on the water and putting on the little green while conversing. Kitchen is very spacious and FULLY stocked. Lots of blankets, towels. We had such a great experience and will be visiting again! "

"We had an incredible family vacation at this home! Our expectations for this home were high based on all the pictures, and we were not disappointed. This home had room for all our extended family, from the many bedrooms and bathrooms to all the gathering areas. The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, well stocked with all the necessary extras, and the neighborhood was beautiful. Our whole family was sad to leave but we hope to be back someday to make more great memories! "
"Very clean home with a well stocked and organized kitchen, and the same with the bathrooms. Moss Beach and Point Joe are very easy walks. My toddler grandson enjoyed watching the deer and rabbits from the kitchen table, just as I had from my grandparents home just down the road. Very close to Sticks restaurant at Spanish Bay…our favorite for the food, views and atmosphere. Occasionally there was a very loud instrument playing from a house next door but it wasn’t problematic for us since it wasn’t during bedtime. (it wasn’t reveille that plays mornings and evenings from the Presidio) "
