"We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly located hotel. It was very comforting and helpful to have the WhatsApp communication throughout our stay. The room was clean and compact, everything we needed was available to us. Apart from the room being slightly too warm (perhaps we couldn’t figure out the HVAC system) everything was in great condition. The price point was excellent and it was perfect for a weekend stay. Highly recommend for a few nights in Helsinki."

"Although the hotel is rated 4 star, but the room amenities were very basic, even don’t have a simple coffee machine, only instant coffee with no kettle was provided. We booked our stay with breakfast included. However on our departure day, due to morning ferry departure we won’t be able to enjoy the breakfast at scheduled times in the hotel, a lady at the front desk said no worries, they could pack the breakfast for us to take out which is quite common practice for many hotels. However their promises were not materialized on our departure date. After completing our checkout, asking for our breakfast packages, they just pointed to their snack bar and said you can pick a sandwich and a cup of coffee for each person from the bar, without providing a bag and coffee cup holder to carry these items, we were shocked! We would not book again for next time in the area although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, walking distance to many highlighting sights."

"There were a few factors on why I wouldn't come back. The rooms was not clean when we arrived. Empty glass Cider bottles left from the last guests. Large lint piles and dust on the corners of the room in plain sight. Hair in shower. Little flakes of something on the white bed comforter. And to make matters even worse, the security aspect of our things. On June 6th, we ran the Half Marathon. When we came back the door was not shut properly and we didn't even need a key to get it. We had all our electronics, work laptops and much more! For paying almost 100 euros for those days we spent there.... will not do again. That was truly a bad experience. The air in the room was also not working properly and the water would be hot and turn cold for short moments during showers. Staff was nice though and did help us with an issue on an order misplaced by wolt."

"Breakfast at 10:00am was over-crowded and many of the food items were gone and not being replaced replenished fast enough. Drinking glasses were all gone, many breakfast foods were gone and empty although breakfast was still open for another hour. If you were in a rush to have breakfast (like me) it was extremely disappointing."

"A really wonderful centrally located hotel on a lovely tree lined street with the tram passing in front. It is very well designed and maintained. The room was comfortable and the shower amazing. The staff we encountered were all kind and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning before setting out to explore Helsinki. Would most definitely recommend and return."
