"Nice location, within walking distance to many attractions. Quiet lobby compared to the hotel side. But you get to share all the amenities. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We had a 3- bedroom, 3 -bathroom suite. Very spacious and comfortable stay. We will book it again when visiting Xi’an next time."

"This hotel is impeccably clean. I was there for a conference and did not visit the pool, but the rooms and common areas were upscale and spotless. The service was outstanding. I would stay for a leisure trip if given the opportunity. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety with good quality. The tables in the dining area were kept clean, even during busy times. "

Another manager met us there and stayed the entire time, helping with translation and making sure our son received the best possible care.
On the way back to the hotel, many roads were closed due to the holiday, but the manager with us worked with the authorities to get us back quickly and safely.
