I would give more stars but the breakfast was way over priced for the cafeteria quality. 99% of the staff were great but I had requested late checkout, I was told that was fine. The mgr in the morning repeatedly called my phone telling me the staff didn’t follow procedure. Not my fault. Then at check out she again treated me like I work there. She was rude and condescending. I told her this is a conversation she should be having with her staff who didn’t document that my late check out was approved. She then said “I won’t charge you this time” other people witnessed this exchange and stopped me to ask on my way out. I will be getting names from now on.
