Although the area and people looksd super sketchy, it was the nicest hotel stay ever. Everyone was respectful and it was extremely quiet.

Costumer Service was amazing! Front desk really did put guest's consideration in need. Fence surrounding the area and they have it really moderated so they also prioritize the morel's security. The only issue I have is that the key card did keep having issues but other than that, it was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality!

The person on duty at night was unhelpful, put me in the wrong room, and was overall rude for no reason that I could discern. The staff in the morning were helpful and kind but management should really look into the staff they leave in charge in the evenings. Rooms were clean enough but the walls were paper-thin. Nothing warmer than a sheet was provided on the beds and when I asked the staff member (again, night shift) for more blankets as it was below freezing, I was begrudgingly given another sheet. I absolutely would not recommend this motel and canceled the remainder of my reservation.

Our stay was great - the renovated lobby looks modern! Front desk was friendly, especially the lady, and staff on property was always helpful! Our room was renovated, which added nice touch, and the WiFi was great! With the gated property for safety, the location was calm and peaceful. The place felt like home and we’ll definitely be back!
