The hotel offered a convenient location for our stay, and the staff demonstrated a high level of courtesy and professionalism, particularly the valet and room service teams. The valets were not only friendly but also provided helpful local recommendations. Room service was consistently prompt, discreet, and accommodating.
While dining options were excellent in quality, the selection was somewhat limited. The property itself, however, appears to be in need of renovation. In our room, we observed visible mold in the bathroom and exposed floor cracks along the wall. Additionally, slippers were not available due to a reported shortage, which was disappointing given the floor’s lack of cleanliness.
The pool area also showed signs of wear and would benefit from modernization—especially when compared to more contemporary offerings such as the Swexan. On a positive note, the gym exceeded expectations in both size and equipment variety.
Overall, the hotel remains competitive among the area’s premier properties, but it does not currently meet five-star standards.
