"When I booked this hotel through Expedia, it was advertised as having a bar, restaurant, minibar, and room service. Unfortunately, none of this was available during my stay.
There is no bar at the hotel, and after breakfast it wasn’t even possible to get a cup of coffee. There were no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, despite the amenities advertised. The room window would not close properly, and the room itself was in need of a thorough dusting.
I would also advise potential guests not to rely on the photos shown on the website, as they appear to be very outdated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the hotel.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed as the hotel did not match the description provided when booking.
One member of staff in breakfast room was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. His name was Paul.
Most of the members of staff were very polite and helpful.
Think the owners of the hotel need to update and redecorate the rooms..
Maybe make the grounds more appealing...
Otherwise it suited our needs...."
