We actually selected this hotel on Expedia while in the parking lot. There were several less expensive hotels nearby but, knowing Hampton Inn's reputation, I decided to go with comfort over price. Good call on my part.

Needed to rest on a long trip. Nice, clean and comfortable.

| Family Waiting to check in an no one at front desk been waiting for 30 minutes Rebecca finally came to us and checked us in telling us reasons for not being at front desk is that (shes head of house keeping, an also she's does the maintenance,, and she stated she does payroll).my wife an myself where ready to leave this hotel, but we decided to stay we met an amazing person. Sonya helped us out due to a bad experience with one of there workers ( Rebecca ).. also met another coworker the...

Service was excellent during our 4 night stay, rooms were clean and housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast area was always kept clean and coffee was already made and plentiful. Laundry facility available on site as well. We were more than satisfied with our stay and plan to return here this spring again.

Easy check in, polite, laid back and walked to nearby restaurant

This was our second time staying in a week. During our first stay, our air was not working and Dylan the front desk staff came up and worked on it. He would have given us a different room, but they were full. The owner/manager have us a credit on the room. So we decided to stay again on the way home. Dylan once again was amazing and accommodating. This young man is 25 and takes great pride in his job. Definitely recommend if you are needing a place to stay near Dandridge, Pigeon Forge or...

It was perfect for us! It was a last minute trip for my daughter's birthday but the reservation and check-in was a breeze and no stress! The cabin was immaculate and exactly as described! The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it quite a bit both nights! Thanks so much!

Loved the whole facility. Only thing I would like to see different is the breakfast menu changed up a little.

Tiny home has everything you need. Love everything about this place. Location is perfect. Highly recommended.

This hotel was fantastic. Very nice clean rooms and they have free breakfast & snack at 5:00pm . They are a easy walk to the island where there is stores & restaurants Parking was easy. It made our smoky mt. Vacation just perfect .we have been coming to the smokies for 20 years & this was the best hotel yet. L. Stahl

Excellent all around! Highly recommend!

Great value, will return in the future.

We had a great time! Staff was very friendly and accommodations were clean. My daughter accidentally left her ta let and they called and we were able to go back and pick it up!

Beautiful hotel, very nice staff and clean. The only thing that I didn't like is the fact dining here, does not offer any vegan options. There are 97 million vegetarians and 1 million Vegans in the US alone not counting other countries. I am pretty sure I am not the only Vegan that has stayed at DreamMore, thus it is important to accommodate all of your guest.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms had a lot of room instead of the regular hotel rooms. Very clean and staff were very nice.

A good hotel.

Very cozy. Plenty big for our family. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sevierville has lots of choices for hotels. This one was a blind booking - needed a place close to the convention center. What a NICE surprise! VERY friendly staff, and when my luggage didn't show up until 24 hours later.... they were right there calling me at my event to let me know. My room had a corner fireplace - very nice touch on a chilly night!

Very clean and the outside was very maintained. Beautiful landscape and nice setup.
