"I didn't notice that I could parked at the hotel until after I booked with Expedia. I would have had to cancel with them, which they didn't allow, and rebook through the hotel directly. So, I say all that to say, do your research first before finalizing anything. I had no issues with the hotel. I would definitely stay again."

"This is my favorite place to stay in the city. I always get top tier service from the staff. Tamika always makes sure I have a smooth check-in and alway very welcoming for a perfect stay. Joe always on point with pick up and just making the property upbeat and positive. All the other staff always have been great , there is also a GM or management making the property is in tip top condition and asks how is everyone’s stay(genuinely meaning it) I appreciate them all. "There was a pet sign you can hang outside your door. We saw it this am before leaving. We had noticed a stale odor. Now we think it was a pet friendly room. I was very dusappointed"

"Room was ok. Questionably accessible. Carpet in rooms makes pushing a wheelchair difficult. Not sure if there are any push in showers, but the room we were given was a tub with hand bars. It looked like there was a bracket for a in-tub shower seat, but the seat was not there, nor in the room."
