I give Sanrai two thumbs up, very comfortable with modern amenities, very cozy indeed. I was particularly impressed with how quickly management responded to questions or any messages I sent requesting assistance. Staff was very helpful from booking to check out.

I dropped my wallet as I left checked out of the hotel. I didn't realize it until about 45 minutes later. When I returned to the hotel the staff had secured my wallet and locked it up. All the contents, including approximately $1,000 US dollars was still in the wallet. I can't express how GREAT the staff was!!!!

Beautiful property beautiful people..absolutely enjoyed my time at this hotel . Very clean most of the staff are friendlyā¦ few not so much . Be sure to collect your receipts when paying the hotel tax , unfortunately I didnāt receive on upon payment when I arrived and during check out they asked me to pay again which I declined because I had already paid ! Overall stay was wonderful.

The hotel has a breathtaking view of the town & the Caribbean Sea but somehow those arenāt even the best parts. The best part of the experience was the staff, they are the friendliest, warmest staff Iāve ever come across. Wonderful energy at Bel Jou, will definitely be back!

Beautiful property located on a nice stretch of beach. Ideal location which is perfect and close to town for shopping. There is a shuttle that drops off and picks you up otherwise itās a short walk, approx 1/2 mile to resort. Hotel is clean and everyone is friendly. Good food and entertainment.
