"We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The signature rooms was very nice with a queen size bed, double rainfall showers/sinks and a outside porch where you can watch the wildlife walk by. One thing to consider is the showers/bath are open concept so its kinda like you are bathing in the open room with just a small partition separating from the bed (not an issue for me as I was staying alone). "Really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Courtney Lodge. Such a great place to relax after a day at the Falls or a safari, felt very calm and personal. The management arranged all our activities which was so helpful and removed stress. Both the owners and the Staff were so lovely and made such an effort to make our stay special. "Peaceful and quiet with staff so helpful with activity bookings. The rooms were very comfortable and decorated with local African artwork. Breakfast was superb, as were lunches and staff so friendly. Felt like a guest in someone’s home with only 14 rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Victoria Falls!"

"The staff here are absolutely fantastic. Everybody from the front desk to the dining staff to the cleaning staff everybody was wonderful…..extra thanks to Charmaine and Smally for organizing various excursions and for Wayne and her mother with the Spa and Erik for airport pick up and drop offs to the conference hotel. I hope to see you all again next year!"

"This is an amazing little oasis in Vic Falls. The staff is very attentive, even helping us to book dinners and arrange taxis! Great breakfast each day and the rooftop bar was the perfect cherry “on top.” Special call out to Theresa who went out of her way to make our stay wonderful! "
"The property has a British colonial feeling. I truly enjoyed the garden and the plants. The service was very good as the staff was attentive and courteous. The tall bell person standing in front of the hotel was so cheerful in greeting the guests and helpful in unloading the luggage immediately. "Small lodgings, but definitely worth the price. Not fancy, but does the job (you don't travel to Vic Falls to lounge in your room, right?) Really really great staff, good wifi, breakfast is homemade for each person, 24 hour security. It is not large so some taxi drivers need to use GPS. Walkable (a bit of a hike) to Victoria Falls itself as well as restaurants (20-ish minutes) or a quick ride (look up "In Drive" for best rates!) Shuttle from airport for small fee. Would definitely go back!"
