"The home was beautiful & was very accommodating for our group. We loved how spread out everyone could be. Our family enjoyed warming up in the sauna & hot tub. We also appreciated the location as we were in walking distance to downtown Leadville.The place was clean except for one room’s bedding. It appeared it was overlooked and not washed by the cleaning crew upon our arrival so we had to wash the bedding before we could go to bed. Then the heat was not working so we reached out to the owner & they responded quickly but unfortunately their technician needed a part that they could not obtain before our stay ended. Though not ideal, they did provide a couple space heaters to help try and keep the place warm. We understood that some things happen that are out of one’s control & appreciated their efforts in trying to address the heat situation. Overall, the home was a good fit for our family & we would stay again. Thank you!"

"I stayed with my husband, 2 year old and two friends 2 dogs for a ski weekend at Cooper. I loved the 20th century vibe of the place. There was no wifi as advertised but cell service was fine so didn't miss it. There was dvd player and an ok variety of dvds as well as a few board games. Love the ease of "unplugging". Location was great and really appriciate the seperate bedrooms so everyone had there space. Only thing to mention is the outlets in one of the upstairs bedrooms did not seem to work to charge my friends phone but not such a big deal. Found a working outlet in the other room. Another thing I liked were the sheets used in the downstairs bedroom. They were really soft and reallg good quality, I was not expecting that. I would definitely stay here again in the future."
