"A lot of things didn’t work. The toilet bowl was out of water & clearly plugged when we arrived. I called the front desk. He seemed annoyed. Yeah me too. He said he was busy but would come in a while. Waited six hours & finally unplugged it myself. Toilet exhaust fan was broken. Other than that everything was perfect."

"Cute little place close to Cooper Mountain where we skied. Leadville is a charming town also. Plenty big enough for my daughter and me. There are a couple minor things I'd change/improve - the door doesn't seal properly, I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower, and there was a humming/vibration that kept me up when I woke up during the night (I'm a light sleeper). We really enjoyed the tiny house and would come back again. Thank you!"

"Guide book was clear. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Great location to walk to the Silver Dollar Saloon . Beds comfortable. Close to Ski Cooper which we love."

"Seamless check-in process, great proximity to Harrison Ave (the main drag), wonderful views, well-appointed kitchen. Fine experience but the unit itself could use some TLC.This was my first tiny home experience and I know space is at a premium, there was ample storage but literally not a single place to sit that was ergonomically comfortable for more than 5 minutes. We ended up just veggin' out in the beds, which was fine, but unsustainable if one actually lived here or stayed more than a few days. The kitchen table weighs maybe 80-100 lbs so is difficult to move to access a space to eat. While it was not necessarily dirty, it could use a deep clean. I actually found the bar across the street charming, but on a Saturday night it was loud until midnight so I slept with earplugs in.With some committed capital improvement to the unit, I would return."

"Great spot for our group. We were able to walk around Leadville without worrying about driving anywhere. The house worked well for our size too with a separate bedroom for each couple and the kids had their own privacy as well in the upstairs rooms. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after the long day and good times were had. "

"i hate to give this place a bad review because the hostel itself is very charming and the staff are sweet. I wish I could recommend it, but there is a serious black mold problem in the downstairs bathrooms and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone stay there. I reached out to the hostel and never heard back. If you're planning a trip there in the near future, I'd say avoid any long stays or at least google the health effects of black mold. Disgusting thing to cut costs on. "
