"I thought the Hotel was overall very good. It is very well located less than 5 minutes from Haarlem Station. You can be in Amsterdam in 15-20 minutes with no trouble. Haarlem is also a lovely town in and of itself. The room is generally well kept. The ceilings are very high and I did notice a lot of dust on the higher sections of the wall. Not a knock, but a recommendation. We had the breakfast one day and while good, we were never approached for the fresh prepared waffles/omelets offered as part of the buffet. The other options were sufficient enough, really good croissants, so I wasnt that miffed, but I thought that if its an offering, the staff really should make sure that the offer is made. Generally, it was a pleasant stay with no issues in a safe area close to everything. I would definitely stay again, but those are some observations that could improve in the future."

"Hotel Location is outstanding if you choose the seaside view. Rooms to the landside is poor. Please keep in mind for handicapped people this hotel has no elevator for his 3 floors. Staff is very supportive and kind. Parking slots are limited. "

"Received an email about one of my 2 room booking being cancelled just before I check in on the same day. I had to make a roaming call for 26 minutes and didn’t get it resolved until I reach out to the booking agent. The booking agent confirmed my booking was valid from their side and it was the hotel side cancelled my booking without reason. Finally my booking agent was able to reinstated my booking. It was a nightmare and didn’t even have time to take my dinner. It was a frustrated situation."

"Room was nice and fairly tidy. The lady at check in was very nice. On our last night the man at the front desk asked me and my 2 friends (who had each booked a room) if we were staying in the hotel. When we said we were he asked in an accusatory way if we can all show him out keys. He waited while we each had to dig through our bags to find our individual keys. It seemed a bit unnecessary and as soon as we provided the keys he went over the top trying to be friendly as if he had realized his mistake. Overall decent hotel but that left a bad taste. "

"Top Standort, toller Beach View von den Zimmer oder dem breakfast restaurant. Das Personal ist recht größtenteils sehr freundlich, teilweise eher unbeholfen.. toll, dass der „Eintritt“ ins Aqua mondo dabei ist oder auch die Kids indoor spiel area.. Leider wars das aber auch mit dem positiven.. alles andere kostet nämlich - und das nicht wenig: Bowling, klettern für die Kids, Squash spielen, schlechtes Essen und trinken an der Bowling Bahn, aber ok, das ist Urlaub. Leider muss ich mehr über die Sauberkeit meckern. Die Zimmer sind schlecht geputzt, wir hatten täglich Sand im Zimmer, frisch nach der Reinigung. Einmal ist dem cleaning Personal mein make up bronzer runter gefallen, in Tausend Teile. Die Spuren wurden auch nicht komplett beseitigt. (Hierzu hatte ich mich „beschwert“ und eine Entschuldigung & Schokolade bekommen). Das Bett ist relativ unbequem, das Zustellbett so knarzig, dass wir alle zu dritt im Bett geschlafen haben. "
