The breakfast was chaotic b/c it was very crowded and difficult to get to the food and there were lines waiting for the next batches to come out. I stayed 6 nights but my room was straightened up with fresh towels only once. There was a guy behind the bar at breakfast who looked like he worked there, but when I asked if he could prepare a cafe mocha, he rudely informed me that he didn’t know how to work the espresso machine. I don’t think that I will stay at this Hyatt Place again. Lots of negative vibes. "

"Hotel and rooms were clean just run down. Furniture in room was pretty marked up. Both head boards were ripped. Pool was not as nice as pictured. There was a lot of hair in the pool water. Restaurant food was okay but service was poor. 24/7 marketplace was convenient however staff both in the evening and morning were very rude. "
