Arranged over three floors, there are two double bedrooms and a cloakroom with WC/ handbasin on the first floor. The large, bright reception room and relaxed dining room are on the ground floor, the spacious kitchen & attractive master bathroom, are located on the lower ground floor.
The property has a deceptively large, and very attractive rear garden. Access to the garden is via the lower-ground floor, however the addition of French doors and a pretty Juliette-style balcony in the dining room, allows you to enjoy the lovely garden vista from the ground floor.
The bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you choose to eat in the cosy dining room during colder months, or in the beautiful garden with its choice of seating, in the warmer months!

Step through the front door of the Writer's Cottage and into the charming reception room with wooden floors and soft grey sofas. The light decor and exposed beams give the space a historical, yet cosy feel.
The relaxed dining room with wooden table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people, has French doors with a Juliette style balcony, which allow a beautiful view of the garden and add to the feeling of space in this open-plan room.

Stairs lead you down to a large, Mediterranean-style kitchen, which has painted built in cupboards, pretty tiles and a useful breakfast bar with high stools to perhaps enjoy a morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has an ample supply of glass, chinaware and cooking equipment. There is a dishwasher, microwave, and a gas hob with oven under.

The wonderful, wood-panelled master bathroom, has a freestanding roll top bath, separate built in shower cubicle, handbasin and WC
First Floor
Bedroom One
The master bedroom has an attractive street view, wooden double bed, ample storage and soft carpets.
Cloakroom
The cloakroom is located next door to the master bedroom and has a WC and handbasin.
Bedroom Two
Bedroom two is located at the rear of the house with a pretty annexed ceiling and exposed beams. There is a king-size metal bed, generous storage and subtle lighting. This cosy bedroom continues the same fresh, modern approach which flows through this lovely home.
Outside
The garden is a really lovely large sunny area. There is a paved area for eating and the rest is laid to lawn.
